How we work responsibly — from supplier verification to ethical, lawful trade.

New Light Exports is built on trust. We aim to give international buyers a transparent, lower-risk route to source overseas, and to treat the suppliers we work with fairly. The following principles guide how we operate.
Before we place business with a manufacturer, we carry out reasonable checks on their legitimacy, production capacity and track record. We favour direct, long-term relationships with suppliers who meet our standards, and we re-assess them as relationships continue.
We inspect goods against agreed specifications during production and/or before shipment. Our goal is simple: that what you order is what arrives. Final confirmation that goods meet your market's requirements remains your responsibility as the buyer.
We help arrange appropriate documentation for the goods we handle. However, product standards, labelling, certification and import requirements vary by destination market. Buyers are responsible for confirming that products meet the legal and regulatory requirements of the country into which they are imported and sold. Where a specific certification or standard is required for your product or market, we work with our suppliers to source and provide the appropriate documentation wherever possible.
We do not offer, give, solicit or accept bribes or improper payments. We expect the same standard from the suppliers and partners we work with, and we will not knowingly participate in corrupt practices.
We seek to comply with applicable sanctions, export-control and trade laws. We will not knowingly facilitate trade that breaches these requirements, and we may decline or pause business where compliance concerns arise.
We believe trade should not come at the expense of people. We prefer to work with suppliers who treat their workers lawfully and responsibly, and we are committed to avoiding forced labour, child labour and other exploitative practices in the supply chains we manage. We do not tolerate modern slavery or human trafficking in our operations or supply chains, and we expect the suppliers and partners we work with to uphold the same standard.
We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
If you have a compliance concern about our business or a supplier in our network, please contact us in confidence at adminnewlightexports@gmail.com. We take such concerns seriously and will review them promptly.
